The Housing Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, based in New Paltz, NY, providing energy services to not-for-profit and for-profit affordable housing providers to assist them in using energy more efficiently while providing savings and increased comfort to residents. Whenever possible, these choices are designed and financed to help create socially just and environmentally responsible communities.

We pride ourselves in bringing a level of empathy and a commitment to service that can increase the range and effectiveness of energy programs, especially to financially challenged residents.
